Special Meeting of the Membership: a Meeting of Members (in this case, that means You! All NC Students!) at which special business is to be transacted shall state the nature of that business in sufficient details to permit the member to form a reasoned judgment on the business and provide the text of any special resolution or by-law to be submitted to the meeting.

This Meeting is a Hybrid Meeting. In person, it will be at the Welland Campus in the NCSAC Board Room - SA208. Or, you can register to receive the Virtual Meeting information.
