Developed in 2015, by Teresa Quinlan, The Nourishing Minds Fund was created to battle food insecurity on campus.

From the creation of this fund, NCSAC has been able to help thousands of students.

 Nourishing Minds Programs

The goal of the fund is to help ensure that all students of Niagara College never worry about where their next meal will come from. These two essential programs were created from the generous donations the fund receives on an annual basis.

It is important to note that due to Covid - 19 restrictions, the Rise and Shine program is temporarily unavailable.

 Rise and Shine Breakfast Program

The Rise and Shine Breakfast Program operates Monday - Friday, providing a simple continental breakfast to students.

 Grocery Gift - Card Program

We changed the traditional Food Bank program to be more inclusive and easier to use for all students of Niagara College.

Here's the numbers over the years.

We've handed out a lot of meals, and distributed a lot of gift cards.

Here's the breakdown of those numbers!
